01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

If you’re looking for a delightful spot to enjoy a leisurely bite or a refreshing drink in Grange, look no further than Huskk Cafe. Nestled at 2/8 Days Rd, this charming cafe embodies the essence of local culinary creativity, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for both casual meet-ups and special occasions.

Upon stepping inside, you’ll immediately be enveloped by the friendly vibes and the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air. The ambiance is casual yet vibrant, making it an ideal place to unwind, catch up with friends, or even enjoy a peaceful moment with a book.

Huskk Cafe specializes in comfort food that goes beyond the ordinary, with a menu filled with enticing options that cater to a variety of tastes. Indulge in their Gingerbread Pancakes, celebrated by patrons for their perfect presentation and exquisite taste, topped with stunningly cut fruit, a dollop of lemon curd, and garnished with delicate edible violets, as shared by Wendy Mills in her delightful review. These pancakes are not just a meal; they’re an experience you won’t forget!

For those craving something savory, the Cram Bisque with Chilli Oil Scramble on sourdough is a must-try, as praised by Janette Meulen who couldn’t help but rave about its rich flavors and comforting profile. Also, don’t miss the renowned Egyptian Bowl, a dish that Ali Major describes as a harmonious blend of flavors, featuring falafels, pickled radish, fresh herbs, and creamy labneh, which is sure to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites.

For the caffeine aficionados, the coffee at Huskk is consistently delightful, complemented by a choice of refreshing juices, including the highly recommended Golden Glow juice. Ryan Wood reminds us just how addictive the muffins are—perfectly baked and always ready to accompany your beverage of choice.

However, it’s worth noting that some guests have raised concerns regarding portion sizes, particularly for certain dishes like the beef brisket. While the flavors deliver satisfaction, some have expressed a desire for a bit more on their plates. Yet, the overall experience remains one characterized by warmth, delicious meals, and an unwavering commitment to quality service.

In essence, Huskk Cafe is not just about the food; it’s the community, the atmosphere, and the joy of sharing good moments over a meal. Whether you’re popping in for a sweet treat or a heartwarming breakfast, the cafe promises an experience filled with flavors that will keep you coming back for more. So, why not plan your visit to this local treasure and savor the delightful offerings you've heard so much about? Your taste buds will thank you!

What a way to spend a lovely Sunday morning…having Gingerbread Pancakes at Huskk in Grange. I had been there previously for lunch, which was delicious, but these pancakes were on another level altogether. I had seen photos and waited eagerly to try them. I was certainly not disappointed. The presentation was perfect, with beautifully cut fruits, and even tiny edible violets. I chose to have the bacon and the ice cream sides as well. Every mouthful was a gastronomic delight. I had to thank the sweet chef, whose name is Fronatta. She is worth her weight in gold. I would recommend these gingerbread pancakes to everyone. Thank you so much.

Great coffee! Lovely juices! Especially the Golden Glow juice! Nice food, however we received a very small portion of beef brisket for the $10 they charge us. It was a tad bit more than a tablespoon and it was gone in 4 small bites. When we asked for a little bit more they said the owners have portioned it accordingly so they couldn’t add any. In my opinion that’s expensive for a spoon of meat. Other than that it’s got a nice atmosphere with a lovely French bakery next door for fresh bread!

The coffee is always spot on, and it’s the perfect spot to catch up with friends or just chill for a bit. Definitely one of my favourite local cafes!

We live locally so walked to Huskk for breakfast on Saturday morning. We ate the Crab bisque with chilli oil scramble on sourdough, and the most delicious gingerbread pancakes with pistachio crunch, lemon curd, fruit and cream ... Oh my goodness!!! We will definitely be bringing friends and family back to this place in the near future. I highly recommend it to you!!!

Wow the Egyptian bowl was delicious I would come back again and again for this dish. Perfect balance of flavours, fresh, with a little pickled raddish, mint and dill, falafels sesame taste and creamy lebnah. Very filling.

Nice quaint little place, dropped in as I was out for a quick walk. Has convenience of QR code for ordering online, however, I'm sure they'd be happy to assist if you went old school and wanted a menu / speak to a human. Menu options were varied but simple and service was efficient. Would be great place for working brunch if you are within the area.

I’ve visited Huskk three times now, and the food has been incredible each time. The menu is packed with flavorful dishes—especially the falafel and lentils, which were a standout. Their muffins are easily some of the best in Brisbane. The staff are always sweet and welcoming, adding to the experience. While the coffee is average (Bear Bones beans aren’t the smoothest), the food more than makes up for it. Definitely worth returning for.
